Fees
Acupuncture treatments are one hour = $135
The only exception to this is the first meeting which is two hours = $270. In the first hour Dr Danchak takes your medical history; the second hour is your first treatment.
Herbs may be prescribed at an additional cost. These are in powder form to be taken as a tea. Dr Danchak mixes your custom formula while you are resting with needles applied. They cost about $100 for a 3 week supply.
If your insurance covers you for acupuncture, a Superbill will be provided for you to send in to your insurance company.
Cancelling an appointment requires 24 hours’ notice (so we have time to notify and take care of a patient on the wait list who needs to get in).
Please be aware that cancelling a Monday appointment on Sunday makes it very difficult to contact wait-list patients in time to get them taken care of.
If we have less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 late cancellation fee applies.
